Terms of use
The rules for using the site to make and share AI videos, buy credits and take part, between you and Inmagine Lab Pte. Ltd.
Draft. Our legal team is still reviewing this wording; it may change.
Who we are and what this covers
We are Inmagine Lab Pte. Ltd., Singapore. Our service lets you star in short AI videos with your friends and the creators you love. Verified creators can also license their face and earn from it, and brands can hire them.
These terms are a contract between you and us. They apply when you open an account and each time you buy credits, start or join a scene, or share a video. Some things have their own paper, such as the verified creator agreement, the license that comes with each video you join, and the terms for brands.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Everyone gets a live face check and an age estimate. Some people also need an ID check. Anyone under 18 is blocked for good.
You sign in with a code we email you, or with Google. There are no passwords. You have one login.
You can only ever use your own face. A second face, someone else’s face or a child stops the process, and this abuse can lead to suspension and then a ban.
Scenes and videos
A scene is a video template, or a real clip of yourself that you upload once you have passed an ID check. When you start a scene you choose who can join it. Public means anyone can join. Unlisted means only people you invite, or who have the link, can join. Private means nobody can join, and the video is just yours.
Starting a public or unlisted scene needs your separate consent that people who join may make videos with you. You can end a scene at any time. Videos people already started still finish.
A scene lasts one year from going live by default. We remind you 30 days before it ends.
We make video only. We do not review joined videos by hand. Automatic safety checks run on every video, and a video that fails a check is rejected.
Labels on every video
Every AI video we make carries a visible AI-generated mark, an end card with a link to check it, and a machine-readable AI mark in its data. A real clip shared as it is carries an Original video, shared with permission label instead.
You may not remove the AI mark or the end card. Removing either breaks the license. Brands must label their own AI work too.
Your license to a video you join
When you join someone’s scene, you get a license to the video. It is personal and non-commercial, worldwide and without an end date.
- You may download it, share it on your personal social media where the starter allows it, and make reasonable resizing or captions.
- You may not use it in ads, resell it, pass it off as real footage, remove the AI mark, reuse the starter elsewhere, or train a model on it.
- It survives the starter pausing or leaving, and your account closing.
- If the starter ends the scene or leaves, you keep your copy and the posts already made may stay, but you may not post it anew.
- It ends only on recorded fraud, an unlawful video, or a serious breach that is not fixed. A chargeback alone never ends it.
Credits
You pay with credits. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or cashed out, and can only be spent on videos.
You get 30 free credits when you confirm your email. Credits are sold in packs of 50, 120 and 300, and the price is shown before you pay. Prices exclude tax, and the buy step shows the total with tax. Card details go only into our payment provider’s own form.
Bought credits expire after 12 months. Free and sponsored credits expire after 3 months. The credits that expire soonest are spent first.
The credits for a video are held when it starts, then spent on delivery or returned.
Refunds
Your credits come back if a video fails, is rejected, is canceled, hits an error nobody can classify, or is held by a kill switch for 14 days. We do not refund a delivered video that passed the checks. A card refund happens only if nothing was delivered.
If you close your account, unused bought credits are lost. We warn you clearly first.
If a payment is charged back, that purchase’s unused credits are canceled and your account is suspended for review.
What we never make
Nobody can opt in to these. We do not make videos that contain:
- sexual or intimate content, or nudity
- political persuasion or election content
- deceptive news, fake evidence, or claims of authenticity
- hate, harassment, defamation or humiliation
- illegal activity
- medical, legal or financial claims
- promotion of gambling, tobacco or nicotine, recreational drugs, or weapons
- non-consensual romance or relationship implications
- false product endorsements
- faces of people who are not part of the video
- any identifiable child
Verified creators and brands
Only verified creators earn. Getting verified takes an ID check and acceptance of the verified creator agreement. Brands who hire creators or run campaigns accept the brand terms. Accepting an agreement is not the same as giving consent. Consents are always separate.
Everyone who starts a scene licenses their face to the people who join it. We sell an approved use, never the face itself, and you keep your identity, face and photos.
Pausing, ending and closing
You can pause your face at any time from My face and data. New videos stop and your scenes are hidden. Videos already started still finish. Undoing it takes one tap.
You can withdraw a consent at any time. Withdrawal works forwards. It stops what has not happened yet and never reaches videos already delivered.
You can close your account. We prompt you to download your videos first, then delete your hosted videos and share pages. The license and certificate records stay.
Enforcement and appeals
Misuse, such as someone else’s face, a second face or a child, can lead to suspension and then a ban. Enforcement never deletes your data. A ban can be appealed once. You can appeal within 30 days of the action, and we decide within 7 days and give you the reason in plain words.
Reporting a video
Anyone can report a video, signed in or not. Use Report on a scene or share page. A person acknowledges your report within 2 business days. For copies outside our service, we file takedown requests within 48 hours of verifying the report. We help take misuse down, but we cannot promise it will be removed.
