Your video license
The license you get for a video you make by joining someone's scene: what you can do with it, and for how long.
Draft. Our legal team is still reviewing this wording; it may change.
1. In short
This license comes with every video you make by joining someone's scene, and it is yours to keep.
You can download it, share it on your own social media where the starter allows, and resize it or add a caption. You cannot use it in ads, sell it, pass it off as real footage, remove the AI mark, reuse the starter elsewhere, or train a model on it.
The sections below are the license.
2. The grant
Inmagine Lab Pte. Ltd., Singapore ("we", "us") gives you this license for the video delivered to you when you joined a scene.
It is personal and non-commercial. It is worldwide, and it lasts forever.
It covers that video only. It is not a license to the starter's face or to any other scene.
3. What you may do
- Download the video and keep your own copies.
- Share it on your personal social media, where the starter allows it.
- Resize it, or add a caption, in a reasonable way.
4. What you may not do
- Use it in ads.
- Sell or resell it.
- Pass it off as real footage.
- Remove the AI mark, or the end card with its verification link. Removing either breaks the license.
- Reuse the starter elsewhere.
- Use it to train a model.
5. How long it lasts
The license survives the starter pausing or leaving, and it survives you closing your own account.
If the scene simply expires after its year, nothing changes for you. The share page keeps playing, and you may keep posting.
If the starter ends the scene, or leaves, you keep your copy and the posts you already made may stay. From that moment you may not post the video anew.
The license ends only on recorded fraud, an unlawful video, or a serious breach that is not fixed. A payment dispute or chargeback alone never ends it.
6. Reuse by others
The starter can repost your video only with your separate permission, which we ask at the Share tap. Saying no keeps your video.
A brand can reuse your video only with your campaign release and your campaign consents. Each is its own screen. Joining a sponsored campaign gives the brand nothing by itself.
7. The starter's own license
The person who started the scene has a different license to their own scene video. They may use it anywhere, including in paid or sponsored posts.
8. Proof
When your video is delivered, we write a receipt that ties the video to this license, the consents in force and the wording at that time. It never changes afterward.
Anyone can check your video on its public verification page. It shows the license and its scope. It shows nothing about you.
9. Reports
Anyone can report a video. A person acknowledges a report within 2 business days. For copies outside our service, we file takedown requests within 48 hours of verifying the report. We help take misuse down, but we do not promise removal.
