Verified creator agreement

1. Who this is between

This agreement is between Inmagine Lab Pte. Ltd., Singapore ("we", "us") and you, a verified creator on our service.

Anyone 18 or older can sign up for free and make videos. This agreement is only for the extra step: becoming a verified creator so you can earn.

You accept it on screen. We record the version you accepted, the time, your identity and your country.

2. Becoming and staying verified

You become verified, and start earning, once you pass the ID check and accept this agreement.

Linking a social account adds your badge and your follower counts, and opens brand hires and campaigns to you. Brands choose creators by follower counts. There is no follower minimum.

If the login to your linked account breaks, your follower counts are hidden. Your badge and earnings stay, and new hires and campaigns wait until you link it again. Only a ban, a failed re-check, or your ID moving to its real owner removes your badge.

You can join from anywhere except the short list of countries where the law blocks us for now.

3. This agreement is not consent

Accepting this agreement is not your consent to anything about your face or your data. Your consents are asked one at a time, never pre-checked and never bundled. Each is recorded with its version, time, country and controller.

Before any photo is taken, we ask for the ID check, face processing, sending your photos to our video provider, storage, building the likeness videos are made from, and letting people join your scenes. Brand licensing, our own marketing, and movement and performance are optional.

You can withdraw a permission at any time in My face and data. Withdrawing works forward only: it stops what has not happened yet and deletes that permission's data. It never reaches a video already delivered.

4. What you keep

You keep your identity, your face and your photos. We hold only the permissions you give us. What we offer is an approved use, never the face itself.

Every use of your face needs a permission in force at that moment, and leaves a record. You can only ever use your own face.

5. Your rules, set once

You set your rules once, and we apply them from then on.

• whether you take brand campaigns
• whether you take brand hires
• topics you block
• countries you allow
• which kinds of brands you allow: alcohol, beauty and health, finance and crypto, dating, religion, and causes and charities can each be turned off
• your lowest fee, separately for hires and for campaign posts (empty means any fee)
• which of your face photos brands may get

6. How brand requests reach you

A request that fits your rules is accepted automatically. You can switch to asking you each time.

A hire request outside your rules comes to you, and you can accept it, counter it or decline it within 7 days, or it lapses. A campaign invite outside your rules is only accepted or declined, because its budget is already paid.

If you turn brand hires on, you add a full-body photo and your height, and you choose which face photos brands may get.

7. Your scenes

A scene is a video template with your face in it, or a scene started from a real clip you shot of yourself. You pick it, we make your video, and you approve it or try again. Nothing is live until you approve it.

Each scene is public (the default, anyone can join), unlisted (only people you invite, or who have the link) or private (nobody can join). You can change this later.

A scene lasts one year from going live. We remind you 30 days before it ends. Then no new videos start, and videos people already started are delivered. Start the scene again to go on.

You may use your own scene video anywhere, including in paid or sponsored posts. There is no royalty on your own video.

8. What you earn

Only verified creators earn.

• Joined videos: for each delivered, non-refunded video made in your scene, a fixed US dollar amount. It is 75% of the expected net revenue and is set, in whole cents, when the scene goes live.
• If your scene has several verified people, each gets an equal share unless shares are recorded. People who are not verified are not paid.
• Free joins: you earn the royalty on a person's first free join in your scenes only, and up to US$100 a month. Past either limit, nothing accrues.
• Campaigns: you earn the normal royalty on joins in your campaign scenes, paid for by the brand. You also earn a posting fee for each campaign video you post on your own profile. The brand sets it for your follower tier, never below our minimum. You get 80% and we get 20%. It is paid once the post has stayed up 14 days.
• Hires: you get 80% of the net license fee, and we get 20%.

9. Getting paid

Earnings become payable 14 days after delivery. A dispute holds them. Payouts run monthly. The minimum is US$50, and smaller amounts move to the next payout. After you leave, the last run pays whatever you have.

We pay by bank transfer, in US dollars, to an account in your verified name. Your bank converts the money and its fees are yours. New bank details are used only after 7 days, and each change re-checks the name.

Tax is withheld where a country requires it. If you are suspended, your earnings move to the next payout until it lifts. If you are banned, you are still paid what you earned.

10. Pausing, ending and leaving

You can pause your face at any time. New videos and sales stop, your scenes are hidden and no new brand deals start. Videos already started still finish. Undoing a pause takes one tap.

You can end a scene at any time. No new videos start, and started ones finish. Everyone who made a video from it is told, and the video may not be posted anew.

Leaving ends all your scenes the same way. So does deleting the saved face they use. We warn you first.

If you leave, your face capture is deleted everywhere, vendor copies included. Your hosted videos and share pages are deleted, but people who joined keep their own videos. Our license and consent records stay. What you have earned stays yours.

A ban gets one appeal, decided within 7 days, and never freezes your right to withdraw or delete.

11. Reports, changes and what you confirm

Anyone can report misuse of your face. A person acknowledges a report within 2 business days, and we file takedowns for copies outside our service within 48 hours of verifying. We do not promise removal.

A material change to this agreement needs your fresh acceptance. Until you accept, your signed licenses and the money you earned stand, but new hires, new campaigns and new joins in your scenes wait, and your scenes read as paused to people who would join.

You confirm that you are 18 or older, that you are the person you say you are, and that the face you give us is your own.
