Campaign release

For a person who joined a brand's campaign scene and may let the brand reuse their video, for that campaign only.

Draft. Our legal team is still reviewing this wording; it may change.

1. What this release is

You joined a scene that is part of a brand's campaign, and the brand paid for your video. This release is how the brand gets permission to reuse that video.

Joining a sponsored campaign gives the brand nothing by itself. Without this release, the brand cannot reuse your video.

You give the release to the brand, for this campaign only. Inmagine Lab Pte. Ltd., Singapore ("we", "us") records it.

2. Two separate questions

Taking part comes first, before your video is made. It lets you join the sponsored scene. If you decline, you leave the campaign and give up its sponsored credits.

Brand reuse comes after your first video in the campaign is delivered. We ask once for the whole campaign, and it covers your videos in that campaign. Each question is its own screen.

Brand reuse is optional. If you decline or skip it, you stay in the campaign with your sponsored video, and the brand just cannot reuse it. You can still say yes later from the video.

Saying yes to brand reuse needs your ID check, if you have not passed one, because a commercial release needs a named adult.

3. What you see before you decide

Before you answer, we show you the brand, the media, the territory, the end date, and that there is no fee to you.

The territory is the one the scene was approved with. A later change to the campaign's terms does not widen it. Nothing outside what we show you is allowed.

4. No fee, and you keep your video

You are not paid for giving this release or for the brand's use of your video.

You keep your video. Your own video license, which is personal, non-commercial, worldwide and lasting, is not changed by this release, by the campaign ending, or by you withdrawing.

5. What the brand may do

The brand may use your videos from this campaign, with your face as it appears in them, only within the campaign's terms: the media, the territory and the dates shown to you.

6. What the brand may never do

  • name you
  • recut or re-animate your video
  • imply that you endorse its product
  • resell your video
  • train a model on it
  • use it after the end date or outside the media and territory shown

7. What the brand never receives

The brand never receives your face capture, selfies, ID data or face vectors.

8. If you change your mind

You can withdraw this release at any time. After you withdraw, the brand may not start any new use of your video.

Uses the brand already started continue to their end date, and then stop. We cannot pull those back.

Withdrawing does not take away your video or your own license to it.

9. If something goes wrong

If you see your video used in a way this release does not allow, use Report on its share page. A person acknowledges your report within 2 business days.

For copies outside our service, we file takedown requests within 48 hours of verifying the report. We help take misuse down, but we do not promise removal.

If the brand breaches this release, we can suspend its campaign.

10. What you confirm

By giving this release you confirm that the face in the video is your own, that you are 18 or older, and that you passed the ID check.
