Brand terms
For a brand that runs campaigns with creators or hires a verified creator, including what each campaign's terms contain.
Draft. Our legal team is still reviewing this wording; it may change.
1. How these terms work
These terms are between Inmagine Lab Pte. Ltd., Singapore ("we", "us") and the brand that accepts them ("you"). They apply when you register a brand account, run a campaign or hire a verified creator.
Brands never make anything on our service. Either you run a campaign, where verified creators and the people who join their scenes make videos here and you pay for them, or you hire a verified creator's face for your own project, made with your own tools elsewhere. Either way, we handle the license, the payment and the proof.
You accept these terms on screen, before you submit anything. Each version is numbered. The person who accepts confirms they are at least 18 and authorized to act for the brand.
2. Registering and being verified
You register through a person's own login. There is one brand account per brand, held as a role on that login.
We ask for your company details and one document (a photo, scan or PDF), your operating and billing country, and an authorized adult. We verify you before anything is funded, sent to a creator or launched. We do this within 2 business days.
You can draft a campaign, and submit it for its compliance check, while verification is pending. If your country changes, you go back to pending.
You can join from anywhere except the short list of countries where the law blocks us for now.
3. Campaigns
Setting up a campaign is free. There is no campaign fee.
You choose public or private. In a public campaign, any verified creator with a linked social account can make a solo video from your brand templates. In a private campaign, only verified creators you invite take part. Each makes one campaign scene video, paid from your budget, and other people join their scenes.
You fill in the product, brief, claims, channels, territory, dates, budget, and the exact words your templates need: name, headline, offer and call to action. Those words go into the video word for word.
We check compliance before funding, within 2 business days, and tell you. This includes every result claim a before-and-after template will show. A hit on our word screen goes to a person, with the reason, and is never an automatic refusal. A material edit after the check needs a new check.
You pay the budget upfront and launch the campaign yourself. A rejected campaign goes back to draft.
4. Brand templates and content rules
Brand templates are a set apart from our main catalog. We make them and approve each one once. There are 17 ad types.
Creator lines are scripted and never testimonial. They never say I use this or claim a personal result. Before-and-after templates show only your own claim, which we check at setup.
We never make: sexual or intimate content or nudity; political persuasion or election content; deceptive news, fake evidence or authenticity claims; hate, harassment, defamation or humiliation; illegal activity; medical, legal or financial claims; gambling, tobacco or nicotine, recreational drugs or weapons promotion; non-consensual romance or relationship implications; false product endorsement; faces of people who are not part of it; or any identifiable child.
Alcohol, beauty or health claims, religious or culturally sensitive stories, romance, dramatic violence, and competitor products or category exclusivity are allowed only in a brand template we approved for them, or in a hire piece that passes the piece check. Romance also needs the creator's permission.
You must label your own AI work as AI-made.
5. Creators and people in your campaign
Each creator's own rules decide whether your campaign fits. Inside their rules it is accepted automatically. Outside them, they accept or decline. There is no counteroffer, since the budget is already paid. Accepted terms are frozen, and a material change needs their approval again.
A creator earns the normal royalty on every video people make by joining their campaign scene, which you pay for. They also earn a posting fee for each campaign video they post on their own profile. You set it per follower tier, never below our minimum: US$5 under 10,000 followers, US$20 from 10,000, US$100 from 100,000 and US$500 from 1,000,000. It is paid once the post has stayed up 14 days with the video's verification link found there. A post that is found and then removed, or loses its link, earns no fee.
People who join make campaign videos for free. You pay for each, up to 3 per person per campaign. These are sponsored credits. They have no cash value and expire after 3 months or when the campaign closes.
Whoever posts a campaign video switches on the platform's own AI label and paid-partnership label. We remind them at the ready caption, but it is their job.
No person reviews each campaign video. The creator approves the campaign and its scenes once. After that, our automatic safety checks and an automated video check run on every video. A video that fails is rejected and its credits return to your budget.
6. Money
All amounts are in US dollars. We charge US$4.99 for every video made in your campaign, plus the posting fees. Both come from your budget, which is paid upfront.
We issue an invoice for every payment you make: campaign funding, a top-up and a hire fee. It shows who issued it, your name and country, the invoice number and date, the lines, subtotal, tax and total. Prices exclude tax.
If your budget runs out early, new videos pause and we ask you to top up. Videos already started finish.
There is no refund for a delivered video that passed the checks.
If you dispute a campaign payment with your card issuer, your campaign starts no new videos or posts while it is open, and we send no refund at close. If a fraud decision follows, the campaign stays frozen for new videos and posts, and the rest is refunded at close. Royalties and posting fees for videos and posts already made stand unless fraud is recorded.
7. Closing a campaign
Unspent budget is refunded at close. A campaign cannot close while a post is inside its 14 days. A funded campaign that never launches can close for a whole refund.
If we suspend a campaign for a breach, we record that and why, and the unspent budget is held. After a breach, we decide at close whether to refund it or keep it, and we record why.
8. Reusing a joiner's video
Paying for a campaign gives you nothing in a joiner's video by itself. To reuse it, you need that joiner's campaign release, which they give you directly for this campaign only. It is optional for them.
You may use a creator's campaign videos within the campaign's terms: its channels, territory and dates. You may use a joiner's video only within their release.
You may never name the joiner, recut or re-animate the video, imply endorsement, resell it or train a model on it. After a joiner withdraws, no new use may start. Uses already running continue to their end date.
You never receive captures, selfies, ID data, vendor references, face vectors, model weights or API access. You receive the finished video and its certificate.
9. Hires
A hire is a license for a verified creator's face for your own project, made outside our service. You send a request. If it fits the creator's rules, it is accepted automatically. If not, the creator accepts, counters or declines within 7 days, or it lapses. You pay within 7 days of acceptance.
If the creator pauses or leaves before the license is issued, you get a full refund. We issue the license and certificate and give you the face photos the creator chose for brand deals.
The full terms of a hire are in the hire license issued for it. You confirm that your own AI tools' terms allow you to use those photos as you intend. Every piece you upload is checked, and only a certified piece may be published.
A breach or unlawful use of a hire ends the license at once. Anything else gets 5 days to fix.
10. Suspension and enforcement
We may suspend a campaign. When we do, we record whether it is for a breach, and why.
Enforcement never deletes data. A ban gets one appeal, which you can make within 30 days of the ban. We decide within 7 days and give our reason. A joiner's own license to a video they already have ends only on recorded fraud, an unlawful video, or a serious breach that isn't fixed.
11. A campaign's terms
Each campaign's terms are what you set up and we checked for compliance. A material edit after the check needs a new check. Once a creator accepts a campaign, the terms they accepted are frozen.
A campaign's terms state:
- whether it is public or private
- the brand templates used, and for a private campaign, the creators you invite
- the product, brief, claims, channels, territory and dates
- the words your templates need: name, headline, offer and call to action
- the budget in US dollars, paid upfront
- the fee of US$4.99 for every video made in the campaign
- the posting fee for each follower tier
- that unspent budget is refunded at close, as set out above
